REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Zwakala Athletics Club NPC

Effective date: 26 January 2026

This policy explains how refunds and returns are handled for memberships and merchandise purchased through the Zwakala Athletics Club website.

1. Membership Fees

Membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been made. This applies to both new memberships and renewals.

By registering and paying, you acknowledge that:

  • Membership benefits begin immediately

  • You accept responsibility for participation in club activities

  • Fees contribute to the running and development of the club

2. Merchandise Returns

You may return merchandise if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged on delivery

  • The wrong item was supplied

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return, email: info@zwakalaathletics.co.za with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, used, or washed

  • Items damaged through misuse

  • Change-of-mind returns (unless required by law)

  • Custom or personalised items (if applicable)

4. Refunds

If a return is approved:

  • We will refund the purchase price of the item

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 working days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

Delivery fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

Where possible, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund (for example, size changes), subject to stock availability.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please contact us at info@zwakalaathletics.co.za so we can investigate with the courier or service provider.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.
